    This course involves history and scope of Aviation, phonetic codes, Airports and their functions, Airlines operations, planning and strategies of airport for smooth functioning. How airports are designed in accordance of civil Aviation requirement. Different types of airports, Airport names and their codes, ICAO, IATA and other government agencies involved in functioning of Airports and Airlines, Airline audits, Airport inspections, Time zones, Airline route planning, Air Cargo handling, Responsibilities of airport operation.     In this course students are professionally trained to become a cabin crew, They are trained for cabin crew duties, onboard services, handling emergencies like ditching, fire fighting, dealing unruly passengers, decompression on board, coordination with Pilots ( Cockpit Crew) and captains and ground staff, they are trained for aircraft, their parts and its functions, the safety and security of aircraft and passengers, flight documentations, before and after flight briefing, cabin crew rosters, protocols to fly international etc.

    This subject involves Need of Standardization of Airport, Airport Master Planning , Sources of revenue generation for Airports. Handling of passengers, baggage and freight. Deicing procedures for aircraft specially in the countries where the build of icing is frequent. Use of ground support equipment’s. Wildlife Hazards at Airports, Airside Safety of flights, Special Flights operations, Protocols to handle VIPs and VVIPs at airports, role of custom and immigration at airport, Civil aviation requirements, Restricted articles not allowed to carry onboard etc.
